    SPORTING EVENTS

    Sporting events are effortless with Findlays Events. From rugby and football to boxing and darts, we create the perfect setting for any occasion—just choose your space, and we’ll handle the rest.

    A great example was during the Euros, where the Cherrybank Inn car park in Perth was transformed into a vibrant outdoor fan zone. With a massive screen showing the live match, the atmosphere was electric and brought people together for an unforgettable experience.

    CHARLENE FINDLAY

    Charlene grew up in the licensed trade - then working in Strangeways for several years, learning from a young age how to organise and manage operations. She chose to follow a different career path, working in education while raising her three children. Adding in Findlays Events has given her the perfect mix of career passions. Charlene has built strong, trusted relationships with suppliers, ensuring every detail is organised to perfection. From coordinating with partners to making sure everything is delivered and perfectly in place at each event, she plays a key role in bringing everything together seamlessly. She is passionate about delivering the highest level of client satisfaction and loves working alongside new people to bring their visions to life ✨

    SCOTT FINDLAY

    With over 20 years’ experience in the licensed trade, Scott has successfully managed and operated a busy, ever-evolving bar and restaurant in Perth — the Cherrybank Inn.

    Alongside his career in the football world and a passion for golf, Scott brings the perfect blend of knowledge and energy to any sporting event. He’s passionate about serving premium drinks and takes pride in making sure everything is fresh and ice cold — exactly as it should be. 🍻

    Behind the scenes, Scott is the one who makes it all happen — organising all the technical aspects of each event and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From planning logistics to ordering all the stock, he makes sure every detail is covered so your event goes off without a hitch.

    BESPOKE BARS

    Our bars can be custom-built to any length, ensuring a perfect fit for your venue. Each setup can be fully branded to match your theme or event, creating a seamless and stylish experience. We stock our bars with premium draft drinks, a wide selection of spirits, an impressive range of gins and whiskies, and plenty of chilled refreshments.

    We also offer a mini cocktail bar — the perfect addition to elevate any event and give your guests something extra special to enjoy.

    Our bars are available to hire with or without bartenders. If you choose the experienced team from Findlays Events, you can expect an unmatched level of service: professional, fun, and friendly from start to finish.

    CATERING

    Every menu can be created specifically to suit your event, your taste, and your budget. Our reputation has been built on outstanding, tailored menus designed by our talented chefs and team.

    At Findlays, we love nothing more than seeing our guests enjoy delicious food. With a wide range of options to choose from — including canapés, classic three-course meals, or mouth-watering barbecues — we promise to create a menu that will leave your guests feeling satisfied and truly impressed. 

    FAN-ZONE

    We’re incredibly proud to have a permanent Fan Zone at McDiarmid Park in Perth, home of St Johnstone F.C.. This welcoming space is open to both home and away supporters, as well as families, offering the perfect place to enjoy a pre-match drink and some great food before the game.
